The Customer Insights Center of the University of Groningen, MIcompany and MetrixLab have developed an index to measure the customer service of the largest Dutch service suppliers. To measure customer satisfaction, customer performance, brand value, customer loyalty and spending, over 4000 clients of these companies were asked to judge.
